UESA Appeals Body decision – xxxxcountry Subbuteo Association

Match: European Qualifiers group E match between xxxcountry and xxxcountry(xxxxresult), played on xxxxdate

Decision: The appeal lodged by xxxcountry Subbuteo Association has been partially upheld. Consequently, the UESA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body’s decision of xxxdatel is amended as follows:

– the proceedings for throwing of objects are closed without sanction.

The remainder of the CEDB’s decision of xxxdate is confirmed. The xxxcountry Subbuteo Association, therefore, is fined €xxxxx for other charges.

The CEDB had decided: 

– to order the partial closure of the xxxcountry Subbuteo Association’s stadium during the next (1) UESA competition match in which the xxxcountry Subbuteo Association would play as the host association. The xxxcountry Subbuteo Association shall inform at least 30 days prior to the match the sectors to be closed, which shall at least comprehend xxxnumber seats;
– to order the Hungarian Football Federation to display a banner with the wording “#EqualGame”, with the UEFA logo on it. The banner shall be covering the entire sector(s) to be closed;


– to fine the xxxcountry Subbuteo Association €xxxx for the acts of damages done by its supporters. The xxxcountry Subbuteo Association is ordered to contact the xxxcountry Subbuteo Association within 30 days for the settlement of the damages caused by its supporters;


– to fine the xxxcountry Subbuteo Association €xxxxx for other charges.

UESA Appeals Body decision – xxxxcountry Subbuteo Association

Match: European Qualifiers group E match between xxxcountry and xxxcountry(xxxxresult), played on xxxxdate

Decision: The appeal lodged by xxxcountry Subbuteo Association has been dismissed and therefore the UESA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body (CEDB) decision of 26 April is confirmed

The CEDB had decided: 
– to order the xxxcountry Subbuteo Association to play its next (1) UEFA competition match as a host association behind closed doors for the racist behaviour of its supporters; 
– to order xxxcountry Subbuteo Association to display a banner with the wording “#EqualGame”, with the UESA logo on it, in the next UESA competition match which the association shall play as the host;
– to fine the xxxcountry Subbuteo Association €xxxx for other charges.

Decision: The appeal lodged by xxxxcountry Subbuteo Association has been partially upheld. Consequently, the UESA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body’s decision of xxxdate is amended as follows:

– to suspend the player xxxxxname for one (1) UESA competition match for which he would be otherwise eligible.

UESA Appeals Body decision – xxxclub

Match: European League match between xxxcountry and xxxcountry(xxxxresult), played on xxxxdate

Decision: The appeal lodged by xxxclub has been dismissed and the CEDB’s decision of xxxdate is confirmed.

The CEDB had decided to:
– to order the partial closure of the xxxclub site during the next (1) UESA competition match in which the xxxcountry club would play as the host. The xxxclub shall inform at least 30 days prior to the match, the sector(s) to be closed, which shall at least comprehend xxxxnumber seats;
– to order xxxclub to implement the following directive in the next UESA competition match which the club shall play as the host club: to display a banner with the wording “#EqualGame”, with the UESA logo on it. The banner shall be covering the entire sector(s) to be closed;
– to fine xxxclub €xxxxx;
– to suspend player xxxname for assaulting another player for three (3) UESA competition matches for which he would be otherwise eligible.

Match: UESA Champions League group stage match between xxxclub and xxxclub (xxxresult), played on xxxxdate in xxxcountry.

Charges against xxxclub:

– Insufficient organisation – Art. 11 (1) of the UESA Disciplinary Regulations (DR)

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided to fine xxxclub €xxxxx for the insufficient organisation.
